Faisalabad's mills run machinery continuously, so component design has to account for fatigue, heat and vibration rather than just fit. We model parametrically and validate with static, modal and steady-state thermal FEA before anything is fabricated.
Textile operations track orders, lots and dispatch across production stages, which spreadsheets handle badly once volume rises. We build systems that follow the existing production flow rather than forcing a new one.
