A board that works on the bench and a board that can be manufactured are different deliverables. We design for both — the schematic and layout are reviewed for manufacture before files are released, so the first fabrication run is not a test of the design’s producibility.
Firmware, where included, is handed over with build instructions rather than as a binary.

Frequently asked
Which EDA tools do you use?
KiCad or Altium. Output is handed over in neutral manufacturing formats so any fabricator can quote and build from it.
How many layers can you design?
One and two layer boards through to six or more, with impedance and stack-up considerations handled where the design needs them.
Do you assemble prototypes?
We support vendor coordination and review the assembled result. Assembly itself is arranged separately.
