Once a fleet passes a certain size, spreadsheets stop being able to answer basic questions — which vehicles are committed, which trips are open, who changed what.
The work covered a PostgreSQL-backed platform with proper roles and permissions, a dispatch workflow that reflected how the operation already ran, and reporting built for the people actually making daily decisions. Every record change is traceable.
