A wholesale business tracking sales in a register and credit in a notebook has no reliable view of what it is owed at the end of a week.
The work covered a mobile-first system for daily entry, an offline-first local store so records are never blocked by connectivity, and a plain daily summary showing cash position and outstanding credit. The interface was kept deliberately simple for staff who had not used business software before.
